The role requires an individual that can understand complex business requirements and then must be capable of doing program design, coding, and unit testing in Oracle PL/SQL to satisfy those requirements WORK EXPERIENCE Essential • The developer must have 3 to 5 years of writing advanced PL/SQL in a large dimensional data warehouse. • Efficient programming practices Desirable • Unix shell programming • Data modeling KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE Essential • The developer must be familiar with reading entity relationship diagrams and have table/view/index design experience • The developer must have experience with performance tuning of PL/SQL and SQL code.
