Position: Java Developer Location: Scottsdale, AZ Duration: 6 months w/ possible ext. Position Summary: The EDC/ACES developer will work on enhancements and production defects for EDC/ACES. This person will interface with the internal BA, QA and PM. This position will also need to interface with the iSpace development team to integrate the development between the ACES/EDC Services and EDC. ** EDC = Electronic Data Capture ** ACES = a scheduling program used by all their clinicians in the field. Required Skills: · Minimum 10 years experience as a Developer · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Demonstrated abilities to successfully document and communicate software platform designs to all levels of staff (technical and non technical) · Has proven record of successfully motivating and directing a software development team. · Ability to multitask, set priorities and meet deadlines in a changing environment · Demonstrated ability to make decisions and see those through to implementation · Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment · Ability to work independently and as part of a team while demonstrating initiative and using good business judgment · Able to represent the Company in a positive and professional manner. Technical demonstrated Skills: Java Junit JPA JMS MVC Spring 3.x Hibernate Web Services XML Preferred Additional Demonstrated Skills: Hudson/Jenkins Maven/Ivy SoapUI Jboss Server Typical Physical and Psychological Demands: · Requires prolonged sitting.
