Position Title: Jr.Business Analyst(HealthCare) Location: Owings Mills, MD Duration:6 Months Job Description Evaluating current business processes and documenting “as-is” “to-be” processes Experience managing and checking project inventory and project timetables Experience evaluating and writing business processes for Sales, Enrollment, Help Desk, Marketing and other operational areas Looking for a solid understanding of Salesforce CRM from a user standpoint. Not technical resource. Will be reporting directly to a PM and will be monitored/guided by PM and assist with development of business processes, workflow, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials. Will be working with a matrixed team as well.
