Position-Specific Responsibilities: • Serve as a business analyst on a scrum team developing the Member360 application, intended to give customer service representatives (CSRs) a complete view of the member (similar to a customer relationship management tool with additional FEP-specific capabilities). • Write user stories, acceptance criteria, white papers, and other documentation. • Be involved in the design of web service application program interfaces (APIs). • Interact with the FEP Directors Office and Plan personnel directly gathering requirements, presenting demonstrations, etc. • Other duties as assigned.
