REQUIRED: Project Management,Business Analysis


Role:
As a Workday Functional Consultant/BA you will be responsible for ensuring
the successful implementation of the functional module / process areas that
you are supporting e.g. Core HR, Compensation, Absence and Time Tracking.
Working as part of the Functional Work stream you will be responsible for
actively participating in all stages of the Workday project lifecycle, from
planning and design phases through testing and deployment.

Responsibilities:
• Work with HR and the business within a division to identify local legal
requirements and design solutions to meet their needs
• Lead design sessions with divisions related to your functional domain
expertise
• Provide functional subject matter expertise on the Workday HCM solution
• Configure the Workday solution, demonstrate the configurations through
the development of prototype systems
• Perform testing after each prototype as part of quality assurance prior
to market validation /testing
• Troubleshoot, fix and participate in Change Requests during all phases of
the project
• Support the data migration team on configuration mapping queries
• Assist the integration team in helping to configure and test integrations
between Workday and benefit providers, payroll systems and other 3rd
party/custom solutions
• Support change and training activities to ensure business adoption and
effective user training
• Undertake Warranty Support / Hyper Care post go-live

Experience / Skills:
• Experience working on global Workday HCM implementations
• Hands on experience of Workday HCM, including one full life cycle Workday
implementation
• Experience in working with all phases of an implementation life cycle and
knowledge of implementation methodology
• Experience with all aspects of a Workday HCM implementation including
requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, functional design documentation,
configuration, user acceptance testing, training and deployment activities
• Knowledge of some or all Workday functionality (Core HCM, Benefits,
Compensation, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possesses sound analytical problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Strong team player (proven success in contributing to a team-oriented
environment) and team leadership skills.
