*Job Title : Office 365 / Messaging/ Windows Engineer Location: Alpharetta, GA Duration : 12+Months ContractHigh level requirements:* Support role for Office 365 (messaging & collaboration). Support role for end user computing / device engineering. Enterprise experience in large scale deployments of Office 365 (5000+ users). – for information we manage over 50,000 users. Enterprise experience in large scale end user computing support (5000+ devices). – for information we manage over 20,000 devices (90% PCs and 10% Macs) Enterprise experience in large scale Office 365 migrations. Excellent communication skills. Must be available to do afterhours support and on call. Technical requirements - the same person doesn’t need to have all of them but must have as many as possible: Hands on support experience with O365 (exchange online, one drive, skype for business / Lync, Azure Active Directory Sync, PowerShell, SharePoint Online). Enterprise experience in software distribution, packaging and deployment with LANDesk. Enterprise experience with Macs, JAMF (Casper suite) and Centrify. Hands on expertise on Windows Server Platforms. Must be proficient in using incident / problem management tools such as Service Now. Must be proficient with Active Directory.
