Strong leadership skills, excellent driver with PLM functional background in conducting Business/Technical Process workshops, fit gap analysis, identify scope, strategy & approach with best practices, gathering data migration requirements (Quantification & Data Analysis, Data Mapping, Data transformation, etc..) Familiar with Weblogic, Oracle Database, Oracle Enterprise Linux, LDAP, Agile PLM clustered architecture configurations Ability to think out of the box and provide innovative solutions to address some of the complex customizations and issues Should have strong working experience & knowledge of Java with at least 4 years experience in Industry standard open frameworks Strong analytical and problem solving skills with exposure in working with both functional and technical teams Must have at least 4 years experience of Eclipse with understanding of debug features Willing and able to take up challenging and work on multiple projects at the same time.
