Project: CMS FFM Location: Reston, VA MOI: T + S Clearance Requirements: *GC or USC* only. This role requires a Candidates to have the ability to obtain Federal Public Trust clearance for which the individual must have lived in the US for 3 of the last 5 years # of Openings: 1 Job Description: *This is a high-priority, long-term role requiring the resource to:* • Administer: create, migrate, upgrade databases • Work with development teams to perform SQL code deployment • Perform many related database functions across one or more teams, including designing, implementing, and maintaining new databases, backup/recovery, and configuration management • Manage high-availability database environments • Troubleshoot and performance optimize slow running SQLs • Provide input for modification of procedures and documentation used for problem resolution and day-to-day maintenance • Experience with OEM *Required Skills:* • Oracle-Core DBA (P4 – Expert) • IT Environments Management (P4 - Expert) • Data Management & Architecture Solution Architecture (P4 - Expert) • Unix/Linux – (P3 – Advanced) *Well-Qualified Candidates Will Also Have the Following:* • Enterprise Management (P3 – Advanced) • Oracle Exadata (P1 – Novice) *All candidates should have:* • Proven ability to work independently and as a team member • Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills • Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills • Eligibility to receive Federal Public Trust clearance • Established residency in the US for 3 of the last 5 years. • Candidates must be local to the Washington, D.C.
