*Oracle EBS Apps Financials Developer with Strongl PL/sQL * *Location: Center Valley, PA*
*Duration: 3 months+* *Client will hire over phone* Need senior genuine candidates! *Need 2 Oracle EBS Applications Financials developers; strong in PL*SQL and knowledgeable in General Ledger and the GL interface tables.* Work will be in Center Valley, PA. They want people to Lead the development of 4 items ( see below ) and work with the client team in PA, to hand off to / for testing, bring into production, etc. Development Items This all has to do with new accounting standards ( # 606 - In May 2014, FASB issued Accounting Standards Update (ASU) 2014-09, Revenue from Contracts with Customers (Topic 606), and the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) issued International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) 15, Revenue from Contracts with Customers. ) And client’s ability to change Oracle to accommodate and report on this. client will do dual reporting on old and new accounting standards. *4 Development Items* 1. We will Create a secondary Entity in Oracle to report off of.. Using PL*SQL & Oracle Alert – work with the GL Interface Tables; create program that will sense the creation of new batches and ‘replicate Journals’ 2. Create a new extract from Hyperion - HFM 3. Within A/R - we need to change mapping for reporting due to new standards – used to report off of GL date and Invoice Date; now Report off of Due Date. (for Revenue Recognition) Need to change the mapping; work with SQL*Query – to look at the impact of the change. We will provide information monthly to Finance – who will make monthly adjustment. 4. client has Revenue Recognition software – called – RevPro. We need to create a program to do auto-import / and reconciliation against Database tables. ( this is in Sybase vs EBS= Oracle) Batch imports to GL are manually submitted. Once submitted, they want an email (or Alert) notification after the process executes.
