We have a requirement for a System Engineer.
We have a requirement with for a System Engineer – CISCO IVR and ACD
Applications
Position: System Engineer – CISCO IVR and ACD Applications
Duration: 6+ months
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Duties
· Primarily provide Tier 2 and 3 development capacity in the
Enterprise Contact Center Environment, capturing requirements, developing,
testing, implementing and supporting complex custom IVR and ACD
applications for our customers.
· Scripting in CISCO Enterprise ICM and IVR Environments.
· Complete Technical Design, Build, Test, Implementation and
Support of projects as assigned.
· Consulting on contact center projects
· Tier 2/3 support of existing contact applications.
Skills Required
· 3-5 years of development and senior technical support experience
in the Cisco UCCE, IP-IVR and CUCMenvironments.
· Experience providing customer service using call center
applications.
· Experience gathering requirements in a collaborative manner,
producing specifications anddesign in a contact center environment
