Accountable for overall delivery of IT project from planning to close out. Engage with business to understand the business needs and scope the project. Monitor the progress and manage the project to successfully meet the project objectives. Single Family Purchase delivery services unit contains several complex applications. Most of the projects that are planned are highly integrated with other projects/applications/systems. PM should have ability to execute the project by properly identifying the dependencies, and plan to execute project with changing dependencies and changing business needs. o Successfully manage the project delivery. o Development dashboard and other project metrics reports as needed senior management. o Resolve/escalate issues and risks o Projects are part of large initiative and programs. There are always constant changes from business and operations. Manage the changes through good Change Management Process. o Provide senior management status on critical path, delivery trends, and escalate issues and risks requiring attention based on analysis of project delivery progress o Maintain quality and control standards to pass audits and OQC reviews. o Other responsibilities as assigned skill: Senior (7+ yrs) skills: Broad application of principles, theories concepts, practices, and standards as well as full knowledge of industry practices for project management o Minimum of 7 years as a project manager o Understands and has managed all aspects of the Systems Development Life-Cycle (SDLC).
