Local Phone then face to face must Need Locals Only Quality Assurance Analyst - pay up to $35/HRS C2C 2 Months role could extend Columbus, OH DC5 building off East Broad Street Position Description: The focus of this position is to support the UAT/E2E testing phase Lead, specifically for bug tracking (loading defects, managing priority/dupes) and assisting in defect calls with all vendors/business leads for Project Monarch. Project Monarch is the Bath & Body Works Direct webstore replatform. The scope of work is to replace the webstore front end and to update all end points between systems, as well as complete new integrations for third parties. The duration of the role will be approximately 4-6 weeks from Feb-March 2017. Hours are 9am-6pm. This role will primarily involve gathering and logging all defects identified by the testers, ensuring completeness of information for delivery to the technical teams for remediation, as well as facilitate triage and prioritization of defects for retesting. This person will be supporting the UAT Test Lead in preparing project status reports as needed. The project will use TeamView/RedMine as the defect tracker, and testers will be executing scenarios from excel files. The QA Analyst will be responsible for documenting the issue, steps to reproduce, and screenshots based on the issue reported by the tester, reported the same day. Position Qualifications • Supports the UAT Test Lead in managing functional User Acceptance Testing and End to End testing activities on one large IT project, involving multiple threads of work, concurrently. • Expert in defect creation and defect management. • Experience partnering with multiple resources on projects. • Exhibits strong written and verbal communication skills with IT and Business audiences. • Consistently delivers day-to-day assignments with a high level of quality and attention to detail. • Retail / eCommerce is preferred.
