Position: *CRM CPQ Functional Consultant* Location: sanfrancisco,CA Duration: 6 months requirements: *Business Systems Analyst candidate will join the CRM team as an individual contributor to support the Oracle CPQ (Bigmachines) projects business functions. The candidate must have extensive experience as a business systems analyst in requirements definition/management and testing, preferably in supporting business application that support the sales opportunity and quote-to-cash business processes. This role will be working with the Business users to document business requirements and executing testing activities in support of key projects. * Responsibilities include: * Works closely with the key super users of *iQuote* (pre-sales) in definition and documentation of user and functional requirements * Develop and execute test scripts for the new functions Minimum Requirements * Bachelors degree or equivalent industry experience in healthcare, business, computer science, education, or other relevant field. ** 5 – 7 years of relevant experience as a business systems analyst* ** Testing Experience in Order to Cash cycle* ** Oracle CPQ (Big Machines) and SFDC experience* ** Experience managing and understanding complex global projects. PMP certification is a plus.* ** Oracle CPQ BigMachines Yellow Belt and Blue Belt certified is a huge plus* Skills & Qualifications: * Deep understanding of CRM and Q2C process. * Able to translate and document the business and functional requirements using wire frame tools and visio. * Advance hands on experience creating document output in Oracle CPQ ( BigMachines) * Able to conceptualize and analyze complex business process * Strong interpersonal skills - strong verbal and written communication skills * Working knowledge of Agile software development methodology. * Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. * A Certificate in any of the following is a plus: Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Salesforce.com, Bigmachines.
