Position: *Taleo Resource* Location: Denver Duration: *Contract to hire* *Phone Interview* ** Looking for candidates w/ *5+ years experience supporting Oracle Taleo. * Can be a combination of the following modules: *Taleo Performance Management, Goals Management, Succession Planning, Recruiting, Onboarding/Transitions.* • Bachelor's degree from 4 year college or university or equivalent years of experience •* 5+ years of systems analyst experience with one or more of the following Oracle Taleo solutions: Performance Management, Goals Management and Succession Planning * *• 5+ years of systems analyst experience with the following Oracle Taleo solutions preferred: Recruiting, Onboarding/Transitions * *• Experience implementing, upgrading and providing production support for Taleo systems required * *• Extensive experience with setup and configuration of Oracle Taleo modules * *• Experience loading data using Oracle Taleo tools* Responsibilities: • Knowledge of HR business processes and experience with leading practice HR systems and solutions • Successful candidate will be self-motivated and team-focused • Demonstrate the following skills: functional/technical systems background with experience in implementation, conversion and production support of the Oracle Taleo application • Gather, analyze and document business requirements and make appropriate design recommendations • Identify and resolve issues independently in a fast-paced environment, at times taking the initiative under ambiguous circumstances • Provide technical assistance in identification, evaluation, and development of system solutions that meet or improve business standards and practices • Create and document information for test plans, upgrades & new releases; help coordinate work of others to develop, test, install and modify programs • Perform testing and debugging of data prior to moving solutions to production environment • Troubleshoot and resolve system problems encountered by end users on a regular support rotation • Work with application and/or integration vendors on Taleo requirements and/or issues as needed • Think strategically and explain opportunities and risks to system solutions at multiple levels • Strong oral and written communication skills • Must be able to maintain data confidentiality and data integrity Thanks & Regards.....
