*Location: Hartford, CT* Data modeling & Data mapping skills - MUST Health care exp - Preferable Canonical modeling - Preferable DW/ETL - not a must The candidate needs to work with other architects and BAs to find out gaps between the requirements and what’s already supported in common message model (CMM gap analysis) • Based on the gap analysis, create a proposal on how we need to update CMM model based on usage pattern • They can go from entity to entity (not specific to a domain). Work may span multiple domains • Aetna has IBM UDMH (unified data model for healthcare) used as a starting point. Needed to customize for Aetna. (Preferable skill, not mandatory) • Stringent deadline on this activity for CB • Need folks that can interact with customer • Candidate needs to understand mapping level and model level • Normally we focus on business level for CMM only but sometimes we have to focus on app level • Data mapping and modelling by working with Information Architects • Health Insurance knowledge is a must • Deliverables to produce: Gap analysis document, spreadsheet, metadata (detailing out the fields, the connections to sources, etc. • Requirement document that shows what is needed from CMM perspective • Identify if new / existing source is needed to support the new fields • Propose updates to CMM • It gets promoted and published to generate XSD • Tools used: RSA.
