SharePoint Administrators:
Perform application administration of assigned COTS products, specifically
SharePoint 2010/2013/2016
Research and investigate problems and develop viable solutions; report
findings/recommendations clearly and effectively to team
Properly estimate work efforts and technical challenges (scoping projects)
Review and remediate security scan findings
Maintain system security following DHS and DOD requirements
Adhere to change/configuration management procedures and policies
Provide technical input for creation of policies, procedures, and
associated documentation; work with the technical writers to record all
routine procedures and update appropriate documentation as needed
Participate in 24x7 on-call team (rotating schedule)

Provide support to all members of the team

Application administration experience with an in-depth understanding of
Microsoft server technology, including Active Directory and Lightweight
Directory Services
Working knowledge and understanding of LAN/WAN architecture and firewalls
Experience with IIS Administration
Ability to install, configure, performance tune, troubleshoot, and maintain
SharePoint 2010/2013
Experience configuring SharePoint farms, web, and service applications
Proficient with SharePoint Central Administration
Experience with Windows Power Shell scripting
Ability to take ownership of projects and multi-task in a dynamic and
fast-paced environment




*Position 2:SharePoint DeveloperLocation: Kearneysville, West
Virginia6-12+Months Contract or Contract to Hire*

Management and administration of SharePoint Farms.
Use of SharePoint 2013 delivering innovative, flexible, integrated
solutions to meet customer’s changing business needs.
Develop SharePoint solutions using the .NET Framework with Visual Studio
2013.
Participate in planning and execution of tasks related to the evaluation of
new SharePoint based initiatives (upgraded versions, Third-Party solutions,
and integration with additional Enterprise Systems).
Interpret requirements, create technical design, and implement necessary
technical solutions to fulfill requirements within given timelines.
Develop prototypes, proof of concepts, and design and technical
documentation as required.
Present solutions, demos, and system functionality to business and
technical users.
Estimate work duration (LOE) for input to project schedules.
Provide necessary support during user acceptance testing phase.
Provide project and activity status reports describing the state of
assigned deliverables, accomplishments, and significant risk items.
Adhere to OSC Policies, Procedures and Practices affecting work products
such as: Change Management, Configuration Management, Quality Assurance,
and Information Assurance.
Other duties as assigned by Engineering Service Line Management team.
Experience applying Cumulative Updates to SharePoint.
Familiarity with the installation of SharePoint.
Experience developing and deploying SharePoint feature framework solutions.
Strong skills required in SharePoint 2013 development, .NET development,
SharePoint 2013 PowerShell, SharePoint/ASP.NET web configuration and
deployment, WebPart development, SharePoint Service Applications including
FAST Search or Enterprise Search, Managed Metadata, and JavaScript.
Strong knowledge of SharePoint UI and SharePoint WebParts.
A thorough understanding of Microsoft products (IIS, SQL, and SharePoint).
Experience creating connections between multiple systems for data sharing.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work individually and in an Agile Scrum team environment.
