Hi Role: Sr. Business Analyst with Clinical Trials and UML Background Location: Rockville, MD (EADs, Green Card or US Citizen) Duration:12 Months + Rate:open Skills: Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect, UML Modeling Expeirence, 10+ years Experience, Clinical Trials Experience Sr. Business Analyst with Clinical Trials and UML Background BLC Consulting Group is seeking an expert business analyst with strong UML modeling experience and a clinical trials background for a long-term contract with our esteemed government client in the Rockville, MD area. The individual selected for this exciting assignment will be playing a critical role on large-scale projects centered around healthcare informatics and interoperability, especially in the domain of clinical oncology. Therefore in addition to the requirements for UML modeling and BA experience, the Clinical Trials background of this resource is essential (oncology expertise highly desirable, but not required). Required: * 10+ Years total experience, of which a large proportion should be in a business analysis role * 1-2 Years solid UML Modeling Experience * Strong experience with SPARX Systems* Enterprise Architect tool * Experience with Use Case definition * Strong experience gathering requirements * 3-4 Years experience with the Clinical Trials domain (public or private sector) * Excellent writing skills and the ability to take detailed, organized notes * Ability to facilitate and or lead requirements gathering sessions * Strong communication skills and an excellent meeting presence * Ability to interface confidently and competently with diverse stakeholder groups including government officials, medical professionals, technology experts, and program team members * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced organizational structure with sometimes ambiguous requirements Desirable: * Experience contracting with the Federal Government, especially in roles related to public health (i.e. HHS, NIH, NCI, FDA or roles related to large-scale health initiatives in any government agency) * Clinical Oncology Experience Amrutha Aim Computer Consulting N.
