*Duration:6months* *Job Description:* · We are in need of an experienced lead developer who can drive the technical design and development work. · There was a prototype application developed by another area but that is not up to coding standards and must be re-worked. · The resource must have strong communication skills, able to understand business requirements and translate them into a sound, maintainable technical solution. · They must also have strong coordination skills, as we may continue to leverage the off-shore team who has done the development work to-date in some capacity. · They must be experienced in developing and maintaining production business applications, and well versed in the latest coding frameworks employed by State Farm: Lead Web SA, Java/J2EE, Struts 2,Spring, Spring MVC, Maven, SVN, RSA, WAS 8.5 and Spring JDBC.
