*Key Responsibilities*



•       Support the transition of new and existing projects to an Agile way
of working.

•       Assess team readiness for agile, and agree the project fluency
levels reported to leadership

•       Act as a team agile coach embedded within teams as required:

•       Mentor and coach agile delivery teams, team coaches and product
owners.

•       Identify and coach emergent team coaches within the department.

•       Provision of onsite, adhoc and formal agile/lean training, with
support from the central Agile adoption team.

•       Enable Lean practice adoption, in the context of project delivery.

•       Establish project metrics to measure iterative customer benefits.

•       Help the Leadership Team understand and develop their Agile and
Lean knowledge and practices.

•       Participate and support in Agile Communities Of Practice: ensuring
consistent methods/approaches are used across the group

•       Become fluent in the Barclays Agile Change Lifecycle (our SDLC for
Agile projects), and support its adoption by projects

•       Identify impediments to the Agile ways of working, and work with
the central team to solve/mitigate.

•       Agile Expertise, Kanban knowledge beneficial

•       Lean knowledge needed, in the context of Agile project delivery.

•       Servant leadership skills.

•       Excellent facilitator.

•       Excellent communicator.

•       Ability to work autonomously.

•       High levels of initiative.

•       Passion for Agility and integrity.

•       CSP qualification desirable.
