These gears are mini-applications that are used as building blocks for content, templates, messages, etc for websites, emails, mobile messages, etc. This team will build cross channel gears that will be used in messages for email, mobile, web and social applications. Initially, these resources will be focused on a few customers that have immediate commitments – but the gears will be part of the full system integration. They currently have many gears that are extensions of social integration ( feeds, streams, profiles, etc ) and image integration ( gallery, hero, etc ).
