Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and implementing best practices (technical configuration and business rules); - Maintaining Lawson documentation, and educating and training users on proper application usage; - *Serving as Lawson security administrator, including evaluating/managing upgrades and patch cycles; * - *Keeping up-to-date with latest software/market trends by attending Lawson seminars/training; * - Managing the relationship with vendors – including trouble tickets with vendors and the bug fix process; - Liaising with IT staff on advanced technical issues with the Lawson system. *Desired Skills and Experience* - *At least 5 years of Lawson Financial and Procurement experience. * - Deep expertise in Lawson Security Administration, Lawson Process Automation, Lawson Business Intelligence (LBI) and writing reports using Crystal Reports. - *Experience working on relational databases (SQL Server preferable). * - *Solid understanding of IBM Websphere, LDAP, Linux and OLAP cubes. * - Ability to respond quickly under pressure when problems arise with systems or application. - Strong written and spoken communication. - *Firm understanding of Accounting (GAAP) and principles of corporate accounting. * - Ability to work well independently.
