*Role : Ariba Specialist* *Location : Cedar Rapids, IA* *Duration : 12+ Months * *Job Description:* This position is responsible for support, maintenance, and enhancements made to the Ariba suite of products. This individual will provide production support for the application as well as assist in the configuration/enhancements/testing of the Ariba suite of products. This position will also assist in the integration of the Ariba software to various ERPs and other IT systems. *Other responsibilities include:* · Provide day to day support to for the Ariba application. · Monitor production system to ensure it is operating in a manner consistent with inter-departmental Service Level Agreements (SLA’s). · Troubleshoot and resolve production issues. · Lead definition and documentation of business requirements for enhancements and production fixes which need to be applied to the production system. · Assist in the implementation and rollout of new modules, new variants, and new partitions to the existing production system. · Work with internal business customers, technical team members and vendor to map business requirements to technical solutions. · Design test strategies and test scenarios for the Ariba application. · Execute system, integration, and user acceptance testing. *Education and Business Experience Requirements:* · Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and technical knowledge. A minimum of five years’ related work experience required. · Strong business process analysis and understanding of user and functional requirements; business process mapping. · Experience with the full suite of Ariba applications, from installation to customization, including implementation (conceptual and detailed design, configuration, requirements process analysis). · Ariba 8.2, 9r1 and On-Demand solutions for Ariba downstream and upstream connectivity desired. · Must have the ability to learn, document and implement new software packages as required. · Financial services industry experience desired. · Strong verbal and written communication skills. · Experience with MS Office products (Word, Excel, Visio, & PowerPoint) as well as SharePoint).
