Good written and oral communications • Good Analytic and problem solving skills. *• Good knowledge on Java, J2EE, Spring, Web services* • Publishing knowledge would be plus. *Role: **Oracle Service Cloud consultant with CRM* *Location: Seattle, WA* *Duration : 3-6+ months* * Primary skill* : Oracle Service Cloud * Job Description:* • Should have good experience (over 10 years) in CRM domain and applications • Should have a sound knowledge and hands on experience (over 3 years) on Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow). • Experience with Chat functionality will be a plus. • Should have prior experience in integrating Oracle Service Cloud with On premise applications • Should have experience with implementing SSO with Oracle Service Cloud • Able to play the role of a trusted advisor and guide the client in leveraging the capabilities of Oracle Service Cloud to address business needs. *Role: **JDE Worldsoft E1 Finance Techno-functional consultant* *Location: Evansville, IN* *Duration : 6+ months* * Job Description:* Very good technical expertise in JDE World soft product, able to architect solutions and prepare proper tech design documents that hold up across different modules. Expertise across implementation and support projects. Ability to conduct trainings to the Power Users and train and mentor client consultants. Design, Develop and troubleshoot relatively complex solutions. Expertise in File structure, Design and Development in WS and very good ability to customize complex applications. Ability to design and develop Business Functions in Enterprise One application. Expertise in Data Migration and Customization and other complex tech operations. Also has experience in Upgrade, Migration and Consolidation projects and execution methodologies. Should also have technical and functional knowledge in look into all aspects of all JDE WS modules. Able to develop expertise in new and niche tech areas. Able to troubleshoot complex applications and do root cause analysis for the system errors. Able to create quality documentation capturing all the information. Very advanced technical expertise in JDE World soft product and its realization and enhancement in customer locations. Ability to work with customer in all kinds of projects, implementation, support, consolidation, upgrade, migration etc., advising and influencing correct architecture and solutions for customer's business objectives. Ability to relate to other technical solutions in place in the customer and JDE WS's place among them. Able to review and add value to integrated tech architecture/landscape recommendations from Client. Established thought leadership in peer and industry.
