detailed planning, design and execution of overall technical migration and
upgrade effort. Responsible for correcting and resolving high complexity
structural/performance issues during migration, upgrade and testing
process. Responsible for overall system readiness and technical testing
strategy.*

BW Developer / Functional Analyst

7+ years of BW developer/analyst experience. Responsible for correcting
issues found during migration and testing such as BW transformations/ABAP
corrections. Responsible for data loads and backend object level testing

SAP Basis / HANA Administrator

10+ Years of Basis Experience with BW and HANA. Responsible for running the
DMO program, copying of system environments, migration process, basis
housecleaning task list, OSS notes application and system monitoring.
Responsible for documenting all Basis tasks.

SAP BW Security Administrator

5+ Years of BW and HANA security administration experience. Responsible for
development of new roles, modification of existing roles, resolution of
security-related issues, coordination with analyst and Basis team members
and documentation of all security work related to this project.

*Mandatory Requirements*

1.    +10 years’ experience in BW and HANA architectures, BW/HANA technical

5.     Knowledge on SAP migration tools migration tuning to reduce the
migration time line.

6.     Strong knowledge and experience with the HANA Scale up and Scale out
configuration.

7.     Ability to troubleshoot and do problem resolution during the
upgrade/ migration and later.

8.     Knowledge on the performance tuning of HANA especially scale out
systems.

9.     Knowledge of RHEL, AIX and DB2.

10.  Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

11.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

12.  Able to create install documents.

13.  Able to create SAP Basis/HANA Admiration Handbook specific to Client.

14.  SAP HANA installs certification.

*Desired Qualification*

1.     Ability to handle multiple concurrent activities and to work
successfully under pressure, e.g. running the DMO program, copying of
system environments, migration process, basis housecleaning task list, OSS
notes application and system monitoring.

2.     Experience with NetWeaver BW 7.4 and BW 7.5, both traditional DB and
HANA DB.

3.     Experience with DB2 10.5, hosted on AIX.

4.     Experience with HANA SPS 12, with Red Hat/Intel-based hardware
platform.

5.     Experience with at least Red Hat Enterprise Linux for SAP HANA (RHEL
for SAP HANA) 6.7.

6.     Experience with implementing a heterogeneous HANA landscape
deployment (scale-up and scale-out as part of one landscape).

7.     Experience with DMO as part of SUM – Preforming an In-Place upgrade
and Migration as an overall unified activity.

8.     Experience with HWCCT for TDI deployment.

9.     Experience with ZBW_HANA_CHECKLIST.

10.  At least 3 BW on HANA migrations within the last two years.

11.  HANA integration with Solution Manager.

12.  Ability to document all basis tasks and initiate and successfully
complete knowledge transfer to Client team.





*SAP BW SECURITY ADMINISTRATOR*

*Mandatory Requirements*

1.    5+ years of BW and HANA security administration experience (create
customized roles in HANA DB for Developers, Modelers, Technical
Administrators, Power users).

2.     Knowledge to control, and restrict access for HANA DB objects based
on package on system privilege, Object Privileges and Analytic privileges.

3.     Able to create schema level access control on HANA DB.

4.     Knowledge on SAP BW Security Administration.

5.     Knowledge to integrate SAP BW level security on HANA DB.

6.     Knowledge to integrate BOBJ Security on HANA.

7.     Knowledge of LDEP integration with HANA.

8.     Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

9.     Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

10.  SAP HANA certification.

11.  Work with Client SAP Security Admins for development of security
design document, creation of new roles, modification of existing roles,
resolution of security-related issues, coordination with analyst and Basis
team members.

Handbook specific to Client.
