*Job Description:*

*This position will start June 16th 2014 and is anticipated to last until
October 16th 2014.*

*Business Need*

The line of business needs a platform to quickly create, submit, track and
process forms that includes both internal and external participants . The
Work Items platform will provide this capability. This project is an
initial e-Gov project using our new Microsoft IAM/UAG solution in the
summer of 2014 and until then using Microsoft Azure to address these
business needs.

   - *Provide a description of the business and functional needs that this
   SOW is to address*
   - *Describe any pertinent history, e.g. previous and future phases of a
   project*
   - *Include key portions of the Business Case or Project Definition such
   as intentions/values of the desired solution, constraints on the desired
   solution, and context regarding the expectations or boundaries of the work
   to be performed*


*Description of Work to Be Performed and the Specific Skill Sets Needed: *Java
User Interface development to support Work Items administration,
configuration and form creation. Experience with Java, UI frameworks such
as ZKoss. Familiarity with Java in Azure as well as Responsive Design is a
plus.

*List of Deliverables, e.g. what the consultant(s) will be expected to
accomplish:* Design and develop Java user interfaces pages and controller
code from specifications that will be provided. The specifications will
include user interface wireframes, user interface requirements document and
a UML diagram. Customized forms will add value to the following areas:
e-Gov Housing (GRH, Shelter Match), Works Supports and HSPH Administration.
The code will be accepted after a review by e-Gov development team members.

*Impact/Outcome from a Business Perspective:* The Work Items project will
allow automation of several manual processes saving both time and money. In
addition, the Work Items platform will allow external partners to be active
process participants increasing efficiencies and improving outcomes.
