*Job Title : Systems QA Analyst Location : Charlotte, NC Duration : 8 + Months Rate : $40/Hr Only need EAD, GC or Citizen.* Position Description: Experience Level: Bachelor's degree plus 5-7 years This resource will assist my team in maturing our processes for controls testing and procedures. We provide important risk oversight and support for the following critical areas of the organization: Information Security Technology, Access Management Services and Enterprise Information Management. Primary responsibilities for this position are: Facilitate completion of control assessments utilizing existing assessment tools and templates. Provide close scrutiny to ensure assessments are thorough and complete. Ensure any control gaps are clearly documented and understood. Work with the SOX control testing team to understand what controls they are testing in the areas that we support. Establish a process to obtain quarterly test results on a timely basis. Design a controls testing/assessment dashboard report to reflect test results - from controls assessment, SOX testing and other control testing occuring in the environment. Document procedures for data collection and report generation. Map control assessment and testing results to the controls and risks noted in our quarterly risk reporting. Develop methodology for utlizing these results to support the rating of control effectiveness. Upon understanding the current control assessments and SOX testing in place, research and identify key controls not being tested/assessed that require testing/assessment. Design processes and develop procedures to conduct this testing. Implement these procedures and conduct testing for these controls. Skills required: Experience designing and implementing a controls testing program in an IT environment, IT audit experience, involvement in SOX testing procedures, experience managing or testing information security controls (e.g., firewalls, virus protection, access controls, intrusion detection), strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to mutli-task and achieve results in a fast-paced, interrupt driven environment. CISA, CISSP and/or CISM certification preferred. Familiarity with industry testing tools are a plus, but not required. Preferred locations are Charlotte, NC or Phoenix/Scottsdale, AZ.
