The UCPath Performance Tester is responsible for developing and
implementing testing techniques and performance testing scripts to
sufficiently test the performance of PeopleSoft Human Capital Management
(HCM) and interfaced applications by working with business functional users
and IT personnel. The person will be responsible for providing detailed
reports which will provide assistance in tuning system performance and
making future decision for the applications. The ideal candidate will also
have PeopleSoft HCM functional experience, experience designing and
implementing performance testing strategies, and understand system
monitoring and system tuning.



Duties of this position include the following:

· Good Hands on experience in performance testing tool HP
LoadRunner scripting – MUST HAVE

· Good Hands on experience in HP LoadRunner components

· Experienced in translating functional requirements into automated
LoadRunner scripts

· Experience with large ERP system implementations

· Experienced in providing gap analysis of test data requirements

· Gather business volume metrics and assemble workload transactions
for performance testing

· Develop and document manual and scripted test cases.

· Design and execute load test and stress test to characterize
system performance, capacity, and availability

· Develop and maintain test scenarios to meet testing objectives

· Document, track, and escalate system performance issues

· Identify bottlenecks and provide recommendations based on
performance test result analysis

that are used by a large cross-functional team to manage web properties. In
this role, you will focus on creating intuitive and efficient user
interfaces across the tool set to meet the functional needs of the business.

   - Form partnerships and work side-by-side with product managers and
   engineers.
   - Own the end-to-end UX, IA, and design for the user interface
   implemented within the tools, working off of, and contributing updates to,

   - Build and maintain a consistent and intuitive user experience across
   the tool set.
   - Remain current with industry trends, usability and standards, along
   with the tools and techniques for internal tools experience development.
   - Present deliverables to product managers and other stakeholders, and

   make refinements as needed.
   - Facilitate dialog around end-user needs and business needs.
   - Guide team through key design engagements.
   - Develop a high level understanding of all tools and all the systems
   with which the tools interface.

Main Responsibilities



• Complex healthcare payer claims processing

• Identify and investigate system and benefit discrepancies and
follow through with proposed resolution

• Identification and implementation of process improvements and
efficiencies

• Exhibit a spirit of teamwork and contribute ideas for
division and company success

• Perform special projects and participate in workgroups to
improve internal processes as needed

• Interaction with business users for requirement clarification
and resolution of incidents reported

• Responsible for root cause analysis for major incidents

• Coordination with Business Units and Development Teams



Qualifications

• High school graduate





Skills



• Experience on QNXT claims platform

• Health insurance background

• Strong analytical abilities

• PC skills

• 45+ WPM typing speed preferred

• Experience in identifying upstream and downstream system
impact



Experience



• Strong  QNXT knowledge

• Knowledge of processing SPD/Institutional and Medical Only
claims on QNXT

• Should have the ability to work in high pressure environment

• Minimum experience 6 years as a claims examiner

• Medical Claims Knowledge - Payer Claims Processor, or Medical
Billing, or Customer Service Representative for healthcare payer

• Ability to quickly adapt to process changes

• Comfortable working in a production environment

• Demonstrated ability to process a high volume of claims in a
fast-paced environment

• Recent work history that supports excellent organization,
problem-solving, communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to change as
business needs change within the organization

• Proven written and verbal communication skills essential

• Proven problem solver who can work under their own initiative

• Good analytical, problem solving, Communication and
Interpersonal skills
