*Job Summary:*

The AEM developer will work with the Architect, Project Manager, Business
team, Technology team, Clients and Partners to capture the on-going
maintenance/support of CTP 1.5 related requirements and make changes to the
application accordingly.



Essential Job Functions:

1.  Quickly develop AEM templates, components, experiences.

2.  Maintain and support Adobe Experience Manager
application.

3.  Accommodate day to day change requests and quickly make
changes to the application.

4.  Estimate efforts for various support tasks, and
prioritize the same with the business team.

5.  Make changes to AEM site contant, assets, workflow.

6.  Design and build components, templates, dialogs, and
workflows using the AEM architecture (Sling, CRX, OSGI, JCR).

Diagnose and solve technical problems related to content management such as
search result accuracy, dynamic content linking, formatting, image scaling,
internationalization, and personalization.



Other Responsibilities:



1.  Safeguard the company’s assets.

2.  Adhere to the company’s compliance program.

3.  Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry standards,
methodologies, processes, and best practices.

4.  Maintain a focus on customer-service, efficiency,
quality, and growth.

Other duties as assigned.



Minimum Qualifications

Must have a Bachelor degree AEM Developer:
