Location: Dallas TX This is rate sensitive, but the durations are typically 6 months and longer. Sr Manager of PMO Operations Experience establishing and managing an IT project management office; Extensive experience in managing PMO operational processes including portfolio management, project resource capacity management, enterprise captial budget management (actuals, vs. plan, vs. forecast); experience implementing and maintaining portfolio management tools; establishing/managing enterprise portfolio governance & audit plans, assessing current state processes for improvement and driving change management efforts to implement improvements; developing, administering and maintaing PMO operational training materials, process maps, procedures, reference materials and knowledge repositories, must have people management experience, have the ability to make proposals, gain buy in from stakeholders on proposals, negotiate to final solutions, have strong business accumen and be results driven. Lower Environment PM Need project manager to drive project in partnership with vendors to define test environment strategy (i.e. how many test environments are needed, what applications need to be loaded on them, what operational jobs need to be run on daily/weekly/monthly basis, refresh requirements, support requirements, moving of existing servers from one data center to another, building out of new infrastructure to support test environments). Must have traditional project management skill set - ability to build schedules, create/manage issue and risk logs, manage project financials, manage scope change requests, etc. Enterprise IT Resource Manager Need resource with extensive experience in managing the staffing assignments of 300+ project resources from a wide range of vendors. Will be responsible for designing and managing processes to support requesting resources for projects, staffing resources to project, forecasting future resource needs for projects; will faciliate resource management governance meetings and be responsible for generating resource management reports; will participate in the annual budget process to support resource capacity planning and forecasting. Must have strong Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel experience. Experience in manging this function using a portfolio management tool (such as Planview or Clarity) is a plus. Enterprise IT Project Finance Manager Need resource with extensive experiencing in managing IT project capital and expense budgets for 100+ projects; will be responsible for desiging and managing processes for obtaining project cost estimates, obtaining financial approval to proceed with projects, driving project managers to update project forecasts, working with IT finance to approve invoices and to book actuals to projects; will facilitate IT project financial governance meetings and generate IT project finace reports. Must have strong Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel experience. Experience in managing this function using a portfolio management tool (such as Planview or Clarity) is a plus. Infrastructure PM (Heavy Network/Strategic Projects) Must have traditional project management skill set - ability to build schedules, create/manage issue and risk logs, manage project financials, manage scope change requests, etc. Extensive experience managing medium/large network projects. Infrastrcuture PM (Network, Security, Infra - multiple small/medium sized projects) Must have traditional project management skill set - ability to build schedules, create/manage issue and risk logs, manage project financials, manage scope change requests, etc. Extensive experience small to mid size infrastructure, security, data center and network projects. Network Architect 5+ years experience as an network architect, 10+ years of experience in the information technology space, 5+ years working with a structure project delivery process, extensive knowledge and experience in designing solutions impacting LAN/WAN/Voice/Switching/Routing/Voice/VOIP/IP telephony. Conceptual knowledge of domain architecture, messaging and collaboration services. Must have working knowledge of infrastructure, application and security technolgoies and how they interact with the network. Must be able to assess network requirements and provide feedback on said requirements and also be comfortable negotiating final solutions with other technologists. Infrastructure Architect 5+ years experience as an infrastructure architect, 10+ years of experience in the information technology space, 5+ years working with a structure project delivery process, extensive knowledge and experience in data center migrations and data center technologies, virtualization and consolidation, physical to virtual (P2V) migrations, use of VizionCore and/or Quest migration tools. Conceptual knowledge of domain architecture, messaging and collaboration services. Must have experience in designing solutions impacting Wintel, UNIX, AIX environments, addressing storage, back up and DR requirements. Must have working knowledge of network, application and security technolgoies and how they interact with infrastructure. Must be able to assess infrastructure requirements and provide feedback on said requirements and also be comfortable negotiating final solutions with other technologists. Project Coordinator - Metrics & Reporting Will be responsible for developing, producing PMO metrics and reports in support of project management office reporting needs. Experience in producing metrics and reports within a PMO a plus but not required.
