Hands on Dynatrace Config, Install & Support creating dashboards with solid problem diagnosing skills. 2. Good presentation/people management skills/ documentation skills. 3. Hands on expertise on other monitoring tools like Solarwinds, PRTG, Splunk etc. *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES* 3-5 years of monitoring experience 2-4 years of Dynatrace experience Ability to learn quickly in regards to monitoring tools they might not know- ( Splunk, Solarwinds, PRTG) Experience with application monitoring/ building of dashboards Knowledge of project management Experience with configuration/implementation of monitoring tools (Dynatrace) Development experience- .net/java They will interview and meet with application teams and see what tool we should use to monitor certain applications.
