Must have functional experience working with SAP Customer Interaction Center (CIC), preferably the ERP (non-CRM) version. However, CRM CIC is acceptable. 2. Must have integration configuration experience to 3rd-party phone systems using either SAPphone or SAPconnect. 3. Must have excellent communication skills and experience working with the business to gather requirements and designing solutions. The following skills and experience are highly desired: 1. Some development experience, especially around interfaces. 2. Experience with designing reports in a CIC environment. Websphere Integration At least 4-5 years of technical implementation (ABAP / Java) experience in SAP CRM Internet Sales Application. Preferably (at least two-three full implementation cycle) with SAP CRM (at least one implementation cycle on CRM 5.0). Overall SAP experience (ABAP / Java in CRM, SD and MM) of around 5 - 6 years. SAP CRM Certification is an added advantage.
