*Job Description:* - Our client is looking for a someone to provide level 3 application support, which includes monthly enhancements, bug fixes, performance improvements and application support documentation. - This person should be able to identify the bottlenecks in the application workflow processes and actively work on improvements, be able to work on various projects impacting applications in scope, ensuring successful delivery of projects. - This person will also be responsible for creating the development and testing estimates for support tickets while developing detail specs based upon functional designs. - This person will need to provide nightly on-call support on a rotation basis. *MANDATORY: * - 6 years of experience creating technical specifications - *6 years of Informatica development* experience in *Data Warehousing*with recent experience in Informatica 9. - *6 years of Oracle database* experience developing SQL. - 3 years of experience utilizing Unix file systems - 2 years of experience with configuration and environment management. - Experince working with Change request process and tools like Clear Quest. - Experience working with offshore teams. *OPTIONAL:* - Experience in working with High Availability technologies - Knowledge of software development methodologies is a requirement - Previous experience in a Commodity Trading company - Knowledge of Endur or Nucleus Trading Systems - Trading knowledge associated with mark to market, P&L and exposure - Experience with Service Manager, ClearQuest and ITIL methodologies, traditional Business Intelligence tools like Spotfire or Business Objects - Experience in Software Development life cycle in a structured corporate environment - Experience in agile development methodologies. *Soft Skills and Experience: * *MANDATORY:* - Strong communication skill, both oral and return. - Strong interpersonal skill. - Candidate should be adaptable to changes. - Strong problem solving and analytical skills. - Self Starter and should be able to work independently with minimum supervision. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP BASIS" group.
