*Automation Testing Lead Needed* Position: Automation Testing Lead Location: St Louis, MO Term: 5+ months contract Required Skills: - Batch Testing: Design and implement test automation capabilities - QA: Define automated testing requirements and implement processes - QTP Pre-qualifying Questions: - Has this person worked with defining, building, and executing automated testing capabilities? - Has this person defined and implemented new automated testing requirements, processes, tools and methodologies? - Does this person have experience in designing and building automated test result metrics as well as business benefit reporting (performance metrics, ROI, etc.)? Description Of Services: Functional Automation Testing Lead – someone with significant experience with HP QTP (Quick Test Professional) who is versed in leading teams in creating automated test cases. They also need to be able to develop automation performance metrics and build ROI models to support the business case for the rollout of functional testing automation at Charter. The perfect candidate would have hands on experience and have the ability to ramp up a team. They also need the ability to look ahead at projects and plan resources and automation and environments ahead of the curve. This is probably a manager minimum.
