*Job Description:*



*BODS is preferred but data lead will work on data planning, strategy &
execution in general.*



*The SAP Data Migration Lead role will have the responsibility of building,
managing and maintaining a repeatable data load and migration process for
SAP implementations. Managing a data migration team responsible for
identifying, extracting, cleaning, mapping and loading both the master data
sets & transactional data sets from multiple sources into the SAP system.
In addition, leading and participating in the identification, design, and
development of solutions to meet business requirements.*



*Responsibilities/Tasks:                *

•             Define data migration plan, including cleansing,
transformation, and testing.

•             Define migration tooling requirements

•             Interface into other project work streams to both obtain and
provide requirements

•             Builds and maintains strong relationship with client leads
and non-SAP application owners in the business

•             Participate in data migration planning activities

•             Work with program leadership in planning / executing /
monitoring and control

•             Manage successful data migration for go live



*Skills Needed:*

•             10+ Years of demonstrated experience implementing SAP projects

•             Demonstrated Data Team leadership capabilities including at
least 2 full life cycle data migration implementations. Ideally at least
one of which was global or multi-country

•             Strong, confident executive communication (both written and
oral).

•             Proven ability to work cross-functionally.

•             Knowledge and experience of database schemas, queries, and
reporting

•             Pharmaceutical  industry experience a plus

•             Demonstrated success in working as part of a global team
