Work with customer business units to understand their business processes. Work with customer business units and clients to identify direction of software. Ensure business requirements are supported by the software. Liaison between customer business units and the technical team. Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills. Analyze, define, and document how the applications will support functional and business requirements. Coordinate these efforts with technical team/product specialists/programmers.
