*Technical – 5 years Healthcare Business Analyst experience. Visio,
Word and Excel. Visio for Current/Future state swim lane creation*
*Soft – great communication, follow through skills*


*Job Description*
*-Must Haves*
*• 5 Years minimum business analyst experience with healthcare background*
*• Local candidates only*
*• Working on Bridge Readmission Project, from 30K foot view, say someone
gets admitted to the hospital for congestive heart failure and within 10
day window get readmitted, lets say for a broken leg at 7 days. They will
only pay for one event, so they will put both events together and there may
be a delta that needs to be paid. *
*• The business case is already built, now they need this person to do high
level requirements gathering: Current & Future state analysis
documentation, including swim lines in Visio and once those are reviewed
and approved they’ll need this person to do more granular, detailed
requirements gathering. Some functions may be outsourced to vendors or
handled inhouse.*

*-Day to Day*
*• Working with the Project Manager, Hiring Manger for the role*
*• Working with Claims area, Contracting area and SMEs across the business*
