*GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:  *

You will be critical member of the Global Voice Operations team.  Your
mission is to ensure proper operations of our growing Cisco environment.
This is a senior technical role, and you will also help assess, plan, and
perform MAC duties.  You will interact with other IT team members as well
as various internal customers and external vendors.



*SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:   *

•          Provide senior engineering and support on all UC infrastructure
including by not limited to all session border controllers, voice gateways,
voice circuits (IP or TDM), and Cisco Contact Center Enterprise

•          Develop documentation for processes, procedures and support

•          Convert requirements into actionable scope of work

•          Evaluate and certify unified communications hardware and software

•          Manage Unified Communications relationships – escalate issues
when appropriate

•          Perform infrastructure system maintenance, upgrades and
migrations

•          Review data monitoring stats and confirm SLAs with platforms and
carriers are being met

•          Provide tier 3/4 unified communications support

•          Participate in on-call rotation



*QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE: *

Proven experience in the following technologies and processes:

   - Cisco contact center for Desktop, Cisco ICM, Client's desktop screen
   pop applications, Finesse gadgets, and associated tools
   - Cisco Unity Connection
   - Cisco Unified Presence experience
   - SIP Trunking experience
   - Basic call routing planning
   - Voice gateway configuration and deployment
   - Testing and Troubleshooting
   - 3-5 years of progressive work experience with Session Initiation
   Protocol (SIP), Real-Time Transport Protocol (RTP) including G.711 and
   G.729 codecs, Digital Tone Multi Frequency (DTMF), H323
   - 3-5 years’ experience administering, engineering and supporting Cisco
   Unified Communications infrastructure including but not limited to Cisco
   Call Manager, Cisco Call Manager express, Cisco Contact Center Enterprise
   - Ability to work independently and with a strong sense of system
   ownership
   - Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing with
   sensitivity to the audience and content of discussion
