*Please send the resumes at alb...@cncconsulting.com <alb...@cncconsulting.com>* Job Title: Lead .Net Developer Location: Columbus, OH Duration: 6 months Direct Client Position *In person interview*: The Department’s regulatory system has been and is being developed based on the Service Oriented Architecture principles, with over 30 services and over 15 UI applications implemented to date. The services are based on MS Windows Communication Foundation 4.0/4.5. The workflow-related components use MS Windows Workflow Foundation 3.5/4.0. Front-end composite web applications (UI) currently being developed are utilizing MVVM approach applied to the MS MVC Framework 3.0 (Razor engine). The Department has multiple application environments for development, deployment, and testing of the system (Development, QA, Pre-Production, and Production). The development team members work with other ODI employees and contractors to ensure proper progression of the delivered product through each of these environments. The development team members also work with the database team to ensure that related database scripts and database schema changes are implemented correctly and timely. Each environment consists of multiple web/application servers (currently Windows/IIS) in a web farm configuration. All development is performed utilizing standard development environment (Visual Studio 10 or later) and Oracle PL/SQL developer. The Programmer is responsible for analysis, design, coding and assembly testing of all application code owned by the Development Team. Programmers typically are involved one or more agile (SCRUM) sprints and report to the Lead Programmer, Software Architect, or the Application Manager. Normally the Lead Programmer or Software Architect will design and prototype the target product. The team then will break the deliverables down into a set of tasks (may be UI or service-related). Every member of the development team is required to track and estimate hours for each of their tasks. Once a development task is assigned to the programmer, it is up to that programmer to follow the architectural and development standards and complete the task, working either on their own or in a smaller team. Programmer may have to track down business rules while interacting with the Business Owners or the Business Analysts. Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience Expertise Rating Consecutive years as Lead and/or Senior Developer using C# and MS .Net technologies Required 3 Years Consecutive years and expert using MVC pattern using version 2, 3, and 4. Required 2 Years Consecutive years and expert in programming with ASP.NET using Visual Studio. Required 5 Years Experience in programming against Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) Required 3 Years Consecutive years and expert in programming with AJAX using jQuery AJAX functionality Required 1 Years Expert with PL/SQL and stored procedures Required 5 Years Expert in creating and implementing Web Services Required 5 Years Experience with participating in SCRUM and/or Agile methodologies Required 3 Years Experience in working alone on developement projects Required 1 Years Experience in working in team projects Required 3 Years Experience in triage and troubleshooting issues.
