Interfaces with internal project team members and management. Manages the overall coordination, status reporting and stability of project oriented work efforts, ensuring that project objectives and goals are met within agreed upon time, scope, resource, budget and quality requirements. Responsible for key project deliverables and shares responsibilities and accountability with the project leadership team for the successful delivery of the project's outcome. Develops detailed project schedules, works with team to maintain / update schedules, integrates project plans and works with teams to resolve discrepancies among schedules and availability conflicts with resources. Prepares written status reports for project sponsor review. Previous experience managing large enterprise implementations especially Payroll and Human Resource systems is preferred. Candidate must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and written, with customers, co-workers and business contacts in a courteous and professional manner.
