EDI Developer Cincinnati, OH 45246 6 month contract to hire Phone/Skype GC or USC Position Summary: The EDI developer is responsible for analysis, design, development, testing and documentation of all activities related to inbound and outbound EDI transactions for our retail distribution systems. This position works closely with IT, Customer Care and our customers in order to implement new and support existing EDI documents. Production support includes triage and resolution of transaction and data issues as well as End to End follow through to ensure success. This position requires a thorough knowledge of EDI documents along with strong leadership and organizational skills in order to lead new implementations as well as triage production support issues. Responsibilities: · Develop and test new EDI document rollouts as well as new customer rollouts. · Develop and test production defects for documents as well as customers. · Provide production support, issue triage and resolution for existing EDI customers. · Provide end to end development and support through requirements gathering, design, development, testing and implementation. · Conduct data analysis on EDI customer usage. · Participate in planning sessions, daily scrums and team retrospectives. · Follow SDLC standards. · Utilize SharePoint site for collaboration on project and support documentation. · Adhere to change management procedures to mitigate the disruption of services to the business. · Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: o Excellent understanding of and broad experience with EDI documents (850, 860, 852, 855, 856, 810). o Experience with ERP and B2B systems.
