Lead Application Developer 6+ months Santa Ana Office in Southern California *Must be able to do final interview in personNeed EAD, GC, TN or Citizen..* Job Responsibilities: This person will serve as a Team Leader. This is more of a technical lead than a team lead because this person must be Very technical and very hands on in the development. They will not be managing the other developers but they will carry the responsibility of owning their portion of this project ( *Cobol/RPG*). Working with a team of 6 other people, this role will require the ability to work well with others as well as being able to work independently. What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities? IBM I or iSeries platform, RPG, COBOL, WebSphere development skill, AND Java What skills/attributes are a must have? RPG programming language, 10+ years experience on IBM i platform What skills/attributes are nice to have? at least 3+ years experience in JAVA development on WebSphere or similar platform. Macro skill is a big plus. What type of interview process is preferred?
