Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS) 239 2: CCAR - Comprehensive Capital Analysis & Review Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) is a regulatory framework introduced by the Federal Reserve in order to assess, regulate, and supervise large banks and financial institutions - collectively referred to in the framework as Bank Holding Companies (BHCs) JOB REQUIREMENTS The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the following areas: 1. · At least 4+ years of business analysis experience, in Credit Risk – IB. 2. · Strong business analysis skills 3. · Good knowledge of BCBS 239 4. · Good knowledge of CCAR (Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review) 5. · Experience of working with complex data structures, analysis tools, and financial instrument reference data 6. · Experience in data analysis through use of SQL 7. · Capability to analyze and understand business requirements and transform them into functional specifications document. 8. · Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels 9. · Structured, coordinated, documented approach to problem solving 10. · A proven track record of successful project delivery through close collaboration with both Business and IT. · Key skills and experience: 1. · A creative problem solver with the ability to identify process improvement and a logical, systematic approach to drive through implementation. 2. · Excellent time management and organisational skills, able to meet deadlines in a challenging environment. 3. · Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 4. · Challenges the status quo. 5. · Strong data analysis skills using Business Intelligence, SQL, and/or MS Office tools Thanks & Regards Victor Thomas | Talent Acquisition Acreaty LLC.
