Experience with testing tools such as WinRunner, QTP, LoadRunner and Quality Center. Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar position with experience in business analysis and quality assurance. Knowledge of quality and project management processes and estimation techniques. Knowledge of manual, automated and performance testing for UI, back-end/batch and data conversion/ETL. Knowledge of test environment and test data management. Experience with databases, ability to create, execute, and understand SQL queries to assist in data research. Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving abilities. Excellent communication (written, verbal and listening) skills, presentation and documentation skills.
