12+Months Responsibilities:*Good communication skills as the resource will
need to interact with the CRM Manager, business analysts, technical lead
and development team
Resource will need to work from Parker office 3-4 days a week with 1 week
remotely every 5 to 6 weeks after they feel comfortable with him/her
Resource needs to have a strong Siebel background, both functionally and
technically as they will need to assist the Parker team with providing
estimates, solutions to issues/defects/enhancements/projects.  Resource
will actually need to do some development work depending on the amount of
projects assigned
Resource will not be involved in Operations or Production Support as that
is not part of the responsibilities; however, the development team may ask
him/her for assistance with how to resolve an issue
Resource will be managing 2 offshore resources, providing them with
technical design details for assigned projects and helping them with
resolving issues that they are not able to resolve.  The offshore resources
have a very good understanding of the Siebel Enterprise application since
they have been there for over a year, but new project assignments always
require some guidance
