Manager would like to hire someone as soon as possible Technical Skills and Experience : · Overall 8+ years of experience · 4+ years' experience in C# on.NET framework (3.5 - 4.5) based development. · 4+ years' Sitecore development experience preferred. · Experience with full Sitecore CMS or DMS implementation experience Business Skills and Experience : * Strong skills to effectively interface with clients * Demonstrated consulting skills, including client relationships and team facilitation * Well-developed organizational and interpersonal communications skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Good business analysis/redesign skills with architecture and implementation experience * Requirements analysis, conceptual, logical and detailed design skills * Configuration planning, testing, change management and support experience.
