*Title: Sr. Net Developer * *Location: EDEN PRAIRIE, MN* *Duration: 6+ months* *Need Locals (H1B are Okay )* *Rate: 50/hr on C2C* - Primary Responsibilities: • Lead and mentor/guide software engineers within the team • Influence peers without authority by inspiring them to use cutting edge tools and build best of the breed solutions • Influence and increase the productivity of the team • Drive Agile/SCRUM meetings and follow SCRUM methodology to deliver high-quality software releases every 2 weeks through Sprints • Focus on execution of product features in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders • Should be willing to learn new or different platforms and technical skills. • Drive some of the software engineering phases including requirements analysis, architecture & application design • Design and develop innovative solutions to meet the needs of the business • Ensure team is building reusable components, frameworks and libraries which can be leveraged across department • Triage production support issues post-deployment and drive solutions as required • Meet programming standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards • Identifying work process improvements; and help implement new technology initiatives • Full stack development experience in a Windows environment using object-oriented programming • Familiar with various design and architectural patterns • Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, SVN, Jenkins or TFS • Familiarity with continuous integration • Ideal candidate must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities?
