Position: Salesforce Developer Location: Mounds View, MN Duration: 3+ Month Contract (ONSITE) *upon offer, candidates must complete background check and drug test* We are looking to hire 3 experienced Salesforce developer to focus on large enterprise projects focused on business planning, data, and mobile solutions. Key requirements for each role are the following: Role 1 – Business Planning: • A strong understanding of Salesforce Flow and process builder • Worked with Campaign management previously • Providing salesforce.com configuration support • Design and build reports and dashboards • Good communication skills • Self starter • Ability to understand the system setup and build documentation around the functionality • Has technical aptitude with basic understanding of Apex and visual force pages • Willingness to step in and help on site in Mounds View Role 2 - Data: • Experience with SFDC data model (standard & custom objects) • Experience with basic SFDC configuration related to security, data sharing, validation • Experience with SFDC APIs • Experience defining data quality metrics, dashboards, etc… • Experience with various ETL tools (SFDC & non-SFDC) • Ability to understand and document existing SFDC environment / configuration, including data, business rules, workflow, etc… • Experience with 3rd Party SFDC data quality tools (I.e.
