Role: Technical Business Analyst Duration: 6 Months + Location: San Jose, CA Our top 5 are: 1) Personality fit – someone who can work with and relate to marketing & sales folks 2) Documentation ninja – someone who knows how to document, collect requirements, put together a spec, diagram, etc.. 3) Marketing & Sales experience – someone who knows this space, can understand the business problems in this space and can relate 4) Solutioning competence – someone who can look at a problem, take it apart, identify areas within the system that need enhancement or is lacking and can piece together a high level solution design with minimal guidance 5) Technical knowhow – we don’t need an engineer or developer, but someone who can hold their own in terms of understand high level concepts, understands what pieces make up a solution, and can dive in to the technical concepts of a project.
