Must bring prior expertise on corp-corp consulting, 1099 & W-2 contracts and Permanent placements Must have prior experience in hiring US Citizens, Permanent Residents and H1-B professionals nationwide 6 months to 5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment. Should be very good working with vendors in US Staffing Industry. Strong understanding of IT skills. Manage and execute end to end recruitment process from resourcing, searching, screening, interviewing, target hunting, negotiating and recruiting candidates. Must be a self-motivated, results driven professional with good communication skills and the ability to effectively work with recruiters and all levels of management.
