MSBI Lead *Location* : Raleigh, NC Buy Rate : Market TP/FTE : TP Duration : 6 months plus Here is the Job Description - · This is a hands on role with zero leadership requirement. · 10 to 15 years’ experience as data modeler · At least 10 years hand on experience in ODS , EDW and Data Mart related projects · Data warehousing concepts (Dimensional data model vs. transactional, OLAP vs. OLTP etc). · At least 5 years of Health Care related experience is a plus specially in implementing and modeling Electronic Medical Record and Clinical Data. · Working knowledge of SQL Server 2012 is plus · Experience with PHI data and encryption and decryption technologies · Conceptual, Logical and Physical Data modeling experience. · Good understanding of Bill Inman and Kimball architectures. · Working with Data semantics and Business Data ,so they can design and articulate business rules and validations as it applies to data. · Data dictionaries and Designing Meta data. · Understanding about the data quality. · Entity Relationship (E-R) modelling, Data flows and interfaces and Enterprise Data Sources. · Experience working with the modeling tools. · Data Policies and driving requirements and best practices in the areas of data standards, data security and data stewardship. · Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and exposure.
